Where your gaze goes, the body will follow. This all-encompassing, insightful practice, with a tree and a large rock to focus on, emphasizes your dristi to improve alignment and improve clarity. How you hold yourself directly impacts how you feel, and vice versa. When the body is properly aligned, you feel more alert and present and can connect with your vision to help achieve your goals.
