Our emotional and spiritual landscape, our experiences and ancestry, are infused into the labyrinth of the body. This vinyasa flow practice, filmed on the rocky cliffs by the ocean, will strengthen the entire body and awaken the soul to feel the powerful connection to everything around us and within. It will close with a meditation and yoga mudra (hand seal) that represents and channels the union between individual life force energy and universal life force energy.
