And grandson Lorenzo stops by for an Olive Oil Tasting, leaving us feeling more confident when it comes to this liquid gold. Then Lidia shares a heavenly traditional dish from the Amalfi Coast, Spaghetti in Lemon Cream Sauce. The acidity of the lemons cuts the fat of the cream, making a beautifully balanced dish. It was love at first taste for Lidia, and she hopes it will be for us too!
