About Phoebe & Jay:

This show is about Phoebe and Jay, two of the most curiously charismatic twins you've ever met.

They are new to the Tobsy Towers where their dad just accepted a job as building superintendent and their grandmother works as a security guard.

The Tobsy Towers seem backwards and dilapidated, but they were actually built by a genius architect, who wanted to help his community.

Although things seem wonky and unkempt, Phoebe and Jay's new neighborhood is full of adventure and hidden gems.
