Granite State Challenge

QUARTERFINALS

Congratulations to the Nashua South High School Purple Panthers on advancing to the GRANITE STATE CHALLENGE finals after a strong 415–320 semifinal victory over Profile High School!

Nashua South was led by Captain Henry L., along with Eric P., Thanasi M., and Charlie L. Team alternates Jerry P. and Lexie R. also contributed to the team’s success. Coaches Lex Duval and Kelli Thornhill-Telerski praised the team’s hard work and dedication.

Profile High School put up an impressive fight throughout the match. Captain Maddie P. led teammates Moses R., Wyatt W., and Raiden V., with alternates Henry H. and Andy R. helping the Patriots shine, especially during a strong 60-second round performance.

Both teams showed incredible knowledge, teamwork, and sportsmanship in an exciting semifinal matchup. Best of luck to Nashua South in the GRANITE STATE CHALLENGE SUPERCHALLENGE championship game, where they will meet the winner of the next semifinal game between Plymouth Regional High and Bishop Guertin High. This will not be Nashua High South’s first trip to the championship round; they won it all in 2016 and 2017.
