DURHAM, June 8, 2006) - Guy Hovis and Ralna English, the most popular singing couple ever to be part of The Lawrence Welk Show, will perform a special concert to benefit New Hampshire Public Television on Friday, June 23rd at 2 p.m. at the Capitol Center for the Arts, in Concord, NH. Guy and Ralna have been singing together since the early days of The Lawrence Welk Show. Their timeless duets include standard favorites like "Only You," "Tangerine," and "Let There Be Peace On Earth." Both have appeared on numerous television programs including The Merv Griffin Show, The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson, and Dinah Shore. Once married, the duo now are together only as a singing couple. "We are very pleased to bring Guy and Ralna to the Capital Center for music lovers of all ages to enjoy," commented Peter Frid, General Manager and CEO of New Hampshire Public Television. "The Lawrence Welk Show remains one of our most popular programs.
