39th NEW HAMPSHIRE PUBLIC TELEVISION SPRING AUCTION Begins Friday, May 4th @ 6 p.m. and airs live nightly through Sunday, May 13th 10 nights. 1,000 volunteers. 3,000 donors. 5,000 items. Goal: $365,000 to support NHPTV programs, educational services & community initiatives. The live 39th New Hampshire Public Television Spring Auction begins Friday, May 4th at 6 p.m., and continues nightly through May 13th! Every year the NHPTV Auction promotes thousands of small and large regional businesses, local artists, restaurants, vacation spots, and recreational opportunities during this 10-day event that connects NHPTV with generous community supporters. Each night features favorite radio and TV personalities serving as guest auctioneers. This year’s goal is $365,000, which will support NHPTV’s quality programs and services. “The combination of thousands of generous donors and excited bidders results in NHPTV raising funds essential to keeping our viewers’ favorite programs on the air. We’re grateful to everyone who helps make this one-of-a-kind event possible each year,” notes Director of Auction Judy Pinkham. “And we are especially appreciative of our more than 1,000 enthusiastic volunteers - they're key to making our Auction a success!” Online bidding is already underway on exciting and unique Superboard items at www.nhptv.org/auction, including: • A 2012 Toyota Prius v, which offers industry-leading hybrid technology and amazing fuel economy, donated by Your New England Toyota Dealer • Getaways galore!
