Backbends are so good for the spine and help balance the energy centers in the body, including the heart chakra. The root of the word courage is cor - the Latin word for heart. In one of its earliest forms, the word courage meant "to speak one's mind by telling all one's heart." This practice, filmed at the top of a hill, inspires viewers to face fears and be brave.
