Host Jacob Edgar ends his journey to learn more about this year's GRAMMY nominees in Los Angeles, where the annual awards ceremony takes place. This final episode of Music Voyager's Road to a GRAMMY takes place during the awards weekend, when the city lights up with celebrity parties, concerts and special events, and Jacob dives headlong into the madness. After a visit to the GRAMMY Museum, Jacob meets up with renowned producer and songwriter Tricky Stewart, who has worked with superstars such as Beyonce, Christina Aguilera, Rhianna, Katy Perry and many others. Tricky describes the life and philosophy of being a producer to the stars and invites Jacob to his exclusive GRAMMY party, where celebrities and up and coming talents arrive in fancy cars and walk the red carpet to the flash bulbs of the paparazzi. Jacob steps outside the chaos to explore Los Angeles, introducing viewers to his favorite local record store, Latin nightclub, local radio station and other music highlights. The musical journey culminates in front of the Staples Center, where the fashionable crowds line up for the start the awards ceremony.

Edgar - an ethnomusicologist, cultural musician and music critic - travels all over the world to hear cutting-edge musicians and immerse himself in their cultures.
In the series' first episode, Edgar ventures to Mumbai, Delhi to create a hit Bollywood song with vocalist Sona Mohapatra and meet Kailash Kher, one of India's most prolific performers, producers and musical stars.
Kher also brings the members of his hit band Kalisa into the studio for a private, intimate performance with Edgar.
