Fleet Foxes celebrate the release of their new album, Crack-Up, with a special performance at the Knockdown Center in Queens, New York. The mesmerizing concert highlights material from their new record-the influential band's first release in six years-while also looking back to such favorites as "Helplessness Blues" and "Mykonos." The century-old Knockdown Center, a magnificent former glass blowing facility and door factory, provides a perfect setting for the group's atmospheric harmonies and expansive arrangements.

LIVE FROM THE ARTISTS DEN is an innovative new music series featuring extraordinary artists performing in extraordinary settings.

Future episodes feature iconic feminist singer/songwriter Ani DiFranco at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, the oldest art museum in the United States; singer/songwriter Jakob Dylan, lead singer of platinum-selling band The Wallflowers and the son of Bob Dylan, at Desmond Tutu Cultural Center in New York City; recent indie-pop sensation Ingrid Michaelson ("The Way I Am") at Cape Cinema, a 1930s movie theater in Cape Cod; classic rock-inspired indie band The Hold Steady at a former bank cum designated NYC landmark; and soul singer/producer Raphael Saadiq (Tony! Toni! Tone!; Lucy Pearl) at the Harvard Club in Boston.

Other featured artists this season include Aimee Mann, Patty Griffin, Ben Harper, The Swell Season, Crowded House, KT Tunstall and Josh Ritter.

The Artists Den has been presenting emerging and established musicians in unique settings around the world since its inception in 2004.
