Flour Power

In this episode, we're in Glasgow at The Tron Theatre. In what is sure to be a dramatic affair, business development manager Lucy, front of house manager Khaliq, press and marketing officer Olivia and her manager Lindsay, do battle for the prestigious Flour Power trophy. The stage is set as our four bakers head home to create their baked goods. Favourite Lindsay gets busy with her raspberry, fresh coconut and lemon layer cake, while 'king of winging it' Khaliq intends to put his own spin on an online recipe with a first aid-themed entry that leaves his colleagues in stitches. Olivia is hoping she won't be up all night making her 'midnight snacklet' cookies, but can she pull off the presentation? Last but certainly not least, Lucy's vegetarian breakfast pies are the only savoury entry in the contest and she will be hoping they leave series judge Nichola Reith and guest judge Richard Copeland - aka The Wee Baker - wanting more! Once all the workmates creations are revealed, tasted, judged and scored, who will get the standing ovation and win the Flour Power trophy?
