Master cheesemaker Luca Mignone invites Mary Ann to his caseificio, Wolf Meadow Farm, to show her how to make the cheeses, then his partner Christina Barbieri helps Mary Ann make a Burrata Salad, Grilled Scamorza, and a Tomato Caprese Salad.
