They proceed to make a stupendous pastry-encased, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese-stuffed masterpiece; Pizza Carnevale. Then Mary Ann takes up the baton and creates a light-as-a-cloud, orange-flavored Ricotta Cheesecake. Did somebody say "cheese?" Please.
