Capri visits an apiary to learn about beekeeping practices and the importance of migratory beekeeping to agriculture across the country. Capri learns how pollinator plants express themselves in single-source honey extractions, and also sees the various uses of the beeswax byproduct. Capri discovers the art of mead making and tastes a variety of wines made with honey and then travels to North Dakota's state capital to learn how to make a traditional Russian Honey Cake.
