The Londonderry Lancers Meet the Pinkerton Astros

Granite State Challenge - Round One

(DURHAM, May 6, 2021) – Tune in to NHPBS Saturday, May 8 at 6:00 pm as the Lancers of Londonderry High take on the Astros of Pinkerton Academy on Granite State Challenge.

Playing for the Londonderry Lancers are Captain Chris Ferrick, Adhvika Arunkumar
Austin Kilgore, Nathan Ferrick, and alternate Brandon Morani. The team is coached by Peter Willis. Londonderry  High enrolls around 1,521 students.

The Astros of Pinkerton Academy are represented by Captain Patrick Garcia, Hedaya Badr, Kenza Elyamani, and Jude Farley. The team is coached by Deborah Carlsen. Pinkerton Academy is located in Derry, NH. It is a public academy with an enrollment of around 3,166 students. It serves the towns of Auburn, Chester, Derry, Hampstead, Hooksett, and Candia.

The winner of the match will move on to the quarterfinals where they will face the Clippers Portsmouth High on 6/5 @ 6 pm on NHPBS.

*Granite State Challenge games were pre-recorded in March.
