Littleton High Defeats Bow High in Round One

Will Meet Hanover in Quarterfinals

A marsupial, a marsupial, my kingdom for a marsupial. Marsupials are found on three continents. Can you name them all? That question stumped both teams in the second game of GRANITE STATE CHALLENGE.

While they couldn't answer that question, the Littleton High Crusaders managed well enough with other questions to defeat the Bow High Falcons by a score of 570-400 in in Round One of Granite State Challenge.

The Crusaders of Littleton High were represented by captain Jenna Doucette, Marcos Silveira, Aidan Hastings, Vincent Silva and alternates Dayna Garcia and Breanna Corliss. The team was coached by Charles Denny.

The Bow High Falcons were represented by Luca Demian, Connor Griffin, Justin Murphy, and captain Aaron Burkett along with alternates Zach McDaniel and Lara Chern. The team was coached by Michelle Hlavaz.

Littleton will now go on to face Hanover High in the first game of the Quarter Finals on Saturday, March 30 at 6 pm on NHPBS.

Fall Mountain and Souhegan face each other in the next Round One game on Saturday, February 16 at 6 pm on NHPBS.
