(DURHAM, April 7, 2022) - Tune in on Saturday, April 9 at 6 pm on NHPBS for the second match in the quarterfinals in the 40th season of Granite State Challenge pitting defending champs Merrimack High against Plymouth Regional High.
Playing for Merrimack High are Captain and junior Jack Pikora, junior Rainier Murray, junior Aris Corman-O'Reilly, and junior Alli Pikora. The team alternates are senior Connor Bobbitt and sophomore Kishan Sreenivasan. The team is coached by Sara Campbell. Merrimack High is located in Merrimack, NH in Hillsborough County and enrolls around 1,170 students.
Playing for Plymouth Regional High are junior Captain Dashua Ough, senior Katherine Luehrs, sophomore Khalil Dahklia, and junior Natalie Boyer, . The team alternate is junior Jason Vuong and junior Trevor Tobine. Plymouth is coached by Jay Fogarty and Troy Harris. Plymouth Regional High enrolls 674 students from Plymouth, Ashland, Holderness, Campton, Rumney, Wentworth, Warren, Ellsworth, Waterville Valley, and Thornton.
The winner of the match will face Nashua South High in the semifinal round.
