Dover High Faces Plymouth Regional High

Granite State Challenge - Round One

(DURHAM, March 3, 2020) –Tune in to NHPBS Saturday, March 7 at 6:00 pm as the Dover High Green Wave take on the last season's champion, the Bobcats of Plymouth Regional High, in round-one of Granite State Challenge.

The Dover High Green Wave are represented by Captain Ryan Gregorakas, Will Hicking, Jacob Favolise, Christian Cullimar, and alternate Lauren Stephens. The team is coached by Eric Salmonsen and Timothy Elliott. Dover High is located in Strafford County and serves students in Dover, Barrington, and Nottingham. It has an enrollment of around 1,312 students.

Playing for the Plymouth Regional High School Bobcats are Captain Rhys Harris, Michael Cathy, Mason Earick, Rhianna Herlihy, and alternates Ben Kresge and Erek Bickford. The team is coached by Jay Fogerty. Plymouth Regional High enrolls around 634 students and serves Plymouth, Ashland, Holderness, Campton, Rumney, Wentworth, Warren, Ellsworth, Waterville Valley, and Thornton 

The winner of the match will face either Manchester Central or Hanover in the quarterfinals.
