The year 2020 marks the centenary of the 19th Amendment's passage, protecting a woman's right to vote. Yet women still represent less than one-third of elected officials in the U.S. Women in New England politics currently comprise almost 35 percent of its legislatures, more than the national average. The X Factor looks at some of the trailblazing women and their impact on the political landscape.
