With their sunset retirement together waiting on the sale of his house, Phil despairs of finding the right estate agent, and gives in to the idea that he should hold an Open Day to sell his house. Queenie has ulterior motives and persuades Roger that some interesting entertainment at the Open Day would not go amiss. Meanwhile Sandra is becoming impatient with Wendy's need for company, and steers her toward the Community Centre to find something to keep her busy.
