LES STROUD'S SURVIVORMAN is an innovative survival series starring Canadian survival expert Les Stroud, who puts himself to the ultimate test by surviving alone in some of the world's most extreme wilderness environments. Stranded without a crew and equipped with only minimal gear, Les documents every moment of his experience using a unique, self-operated camera system, making the series one of the most authentic survival programs ever produced. Each challenge lasts up to a week, pushing both his physical endurance and mental resilience to the edge. In each environment, Stroud demonstrates practical, real-world survival skills such as building shelter, finding and purifying water, making fire and sourcing food through foraging and hunting.
