(DURHAM, October 18, 2007) - Monadnock Regional High School narrowly defeated ConVal Regional High School by a score of 210 to 190 to advance to Round Two of New Hampshire Public Television's Granite State Challenge. Granite State Challenge airs Wednesdays @ 7:30 p.m., and re-airs Saturdays @ 8:30 a.m. on NHPTV. The triumphant Monadnock Huskies were comprised of seniors James Toye, Tom Nason, and Steve Nikiforakis, junior Sarah Dick, alternates Zack Giroux and Brian Murphy, and coach Bill Quintilio.
