NHPTV's Wildlife Journal Co-Host Wins NATAS Boston/New England Emmy Award

DURHAM, May 5, 2004) – Wildlife Journal co-host Lisa Densmore received an Emmy Award at the 27th Annual NATAS Boston/New England Emmy ceremony held in Boston recently. Densmore received the award for “Individual Achievement - Hosting/Interviewer” for her composite work on Wildlife Journal. New Hampshire Public Television received a total of nine Emmy nominations. Wildlife Journal, a co-production of NHPTV and the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, is in its second season. Willem Lange and Lisa Densmore co-host the series, which explores New Hampshire’s outdoor recreation opportunities, its wildlife resources and the people who manage and conserve them.The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ Boston/New England Chapter is dedicated to advancing the arts and sciences of television, fostering creative leadership in the television industry, and encouraging excellence in artistic, educational, cultural and technical progress.
