Tim Janis to Perform at Ioka Theatre in Exeter September 6th

DURHAM, August 23, 2006) - Music can inspire the soul, bringing people and cultures together. Few musicians know this better than Kennebunk composer Tim Janis, who will perform a special concert to benefit New Hampshire Public Television on Wednesday, September 6th @ 8 p.m. at the Ioka Theater in Exeter. Janis, who graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in composition, has created two PBS specials lauding the physical splendor of the United States, Beautiful America (2004) and Coastal America (2006), both narrated by actor George Clooney.
