A Benefit for New Hampshire PBS

Durham, NH – (February 24, 2025) – New Hampshire PBS invites you to an unforgettable evening with AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN chefs Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison. Join us on Thursday, April 10th at LaBelle Winery in Derry for a special culinary event supporting NHPBS’ mission to provide enriching programming and educational resources to the Granite State.

This exclusive event offers a unique opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal inspired by AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN recipes, expertly paired wines and engaging conversation with two of the culinary world’s most respected figures. All proceeds from the event will directly support NHPBS, helping to keep programs like AMERICA’S TEST KITCHEN accessible to everyone in New Hampshire.

Guests will savor a curated menu prepared by LaBelle Winery's Executive Chef Justin Bernatchez, featuring dishes such as Tomato and Mozzarella Tart, Salade Lyonnaise, Roast Chicken Statler and Pear-Walnut Upside-Down Cake, each perfectly paired with wines selected by Founder and Winemaker Amy LaBelle. Please note that due to the carefully crafted pairings, no menu substitutions are available.

Cookbooks will be available for purchase onsite through Gibson's Bookstore. Attendees will have the chance to meet Bridget and Julia, get their books signed and capture a photo with the chefs.
