Hanover High School Defeats Bishop Guertin

(DURHAM, March 27, 2007) — Hanover High School defeated Bishop Guertin High School Thursday, March 22nd in an exciting Round Two match-up of Granite State Challenge. The Hanover team scored a big win over Bishop Guertin with a final score of 265 to 195. New Hampshire Public Television's Granite State Challenge airs Thursdays @ 7:30 p.m., and again on Saturdays @ 8:30 a.m. The victorious Hanover Marauders included juniors Dylan Matthews, Travers Rhodes and Finola Prendergast, and sophomore Zach Sheets. They were coached by William N. Murphy. The Bishop Guertin Cardinals included seniors Pete Ducharme, Colin Shanks and Owen Butler, and sophomore Elliot Tardiff. They were coached by Mary B.
