NHPTV Receives 15 Telly Awards and 5 Associated Press Awards

(DURHAM, April 10, 2007) - New Hampshire Public Television recently received 15 silver and bronze Telly awards for excellence in non-network television programming. In addition, NHPTV was also honored with five First Place and Honorable Mention awards from the Associated Press Broadcasters Awards competition. NH Outlook, NHPTV's public affairs program received five Telly awards, including a Silver First Place award and four awards from the Associated Press, including a First Place award. Wildlife Journal, a co-production of NHPTV and the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department, won two Telly awards, including a Silver First Place award. Windows to the Wild received six Telly awards, including four Silver First Place awards. UNH Wildcat Hockey received one First Place award from the Associated Press.
