NHPTV Family Fun Day at Story Land Supports NHPTV Programs and Services
(DURHAM, June 2, 2008) - Clifford the Big Red Dog and PBS Kids' newest star Super WHY! will greet children and pose for pictures at NHPTV Family Fun Day at Story Land on Saturday, June 7th. Enjoy a fun day at Story Land, a theme park in Glen, NH, and support New Hampshire Public Television! Clifford the Big Red Dog is a popular PBS program for kids ages 3 to 7 based on the Scholastic book series by Norman Bridwell about a lovable oversized canine with his head in the clouds but four paws planted firmly on the ground. Clifford the Big Red Dog airs on NHPTV Monday-Friday @ 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and Saturdays @ 6 a.m. Super WHY!, the breakthrough, critically acclaimed animated series on PBS KIDS, follows the adventures of four fairy tale friends who transform into reading-powered superheroes and jump into books (literally) to find answers to everyday preschool challenges. Super WHY! airs on NHPTV Monday-Friday @ 8:30 a.m. and Sundays @ 7:30 a.m. Regular admission rates apply for NHPTV Family Fun Day at Story Land. Children two and under are admitted free. The admission fee includes unlimited rides on themed amusement rides, four live shows, unique play areas, live storybook characters, and more.
