Recipe submitted by James M. of Goffstown

My wife's Aunt in Saco, Maine made the original recipe. When my wife and I we were married, we mixed regular potatoes with sweet potatoes and parsnips.

  • 2-3 white potatoes
  • 2 - 3 sweet potatoes
  • 4 - 6 stalks celery
