Talking About Tragedy with Kids

Children have questions about everything and anything.

Answering those questions can often be challenging, but those answers get even more complicated when your kids have questions about something like the Texas school shooting, which left 19 children and two teachers dead.

How do you explain something as senseless, as violent, as tragic, as the Uvalde school shooting to your child?

In this episode we speak with NH school psychologist Dr. Nate Jones about how to check in with your children, speak to them about these issues and make sure they're OK.
