Campbell High School Defeats Gilford High School in Round Two of NHPTV's Granite State Challenge

(DURHAM, January 24, 2008) - Campbell High School triumphed over Gilford High School by a score of 250 to 140, advancing them to the quarterfinals of New Hampshire Public Television's Granite State Challenge. The series airs Wednesdays @ 7:30 p.m., and re-airs Saturdays @ 8:30 a.m. on NHPTV. The victorious Campbell Cougars team was comprised of seniors Nick Dube and Jay Vance, juniors Mike Clark and Emily Schaffer, alternates Nate Brown and Bailey Finnegan, and coach Mary Colbath. The Gilford Golden Eagles included seniors Lucas Doyle, Lindsay Pletch and Bailey Bergeron, junior W. Spencer Klubben, and alternates Andrew Pike and Sam Chapin.
