(DURHAM, November 1, 2007) - After a nip and tuck game, Sunapee Middle High School defeated Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative High School by a score of 255 to 245. Wilton-Lyndeborough advances to Round Two of New Hampshire Public Television's Granite State Challenge where they will face Winnacunnet Regional High School. Granite State Challenge airs Wednesdays @ 7:30 p.m., and re-airs Saturdays @ 8:30 a.m. on NHPTV. The winning Sunapee Lakers were comprised of seniors Kai Eldredge and Heather Howe, juniors Nadia Chait and Gina Gioldassis, alternates Erin Wirta and Vinny Tagliatela, and coach Sean Moynihan.
