Playing for the Alvirne Broncos are Captain Jack Gasdia, Sophia Garas, Elaine Quarles, and Lauren LoVerdi. The team is coached by Eliana Buckley and Nathan Mann.
The Exeter High Blue Hawks are represented by captain Rhys Forster, Sophia Rubens, Andrew McElroy and Noah Robinson and alternates Patrick Marcoux and Jack Pindell. The team is coached by Aaron Blais.
The winner of this Round One game will face the winner of next week's Round One game airing on Saturday, March 9 @ 6 pm on NHPBS between Bishop Guertin and Plymouth in a quarterfinal match airing on Saturday, April 13 @ 6 pm on NHPBS.

Granite State Challenge features New Hampshire's top high school academic quiz teams as they demonstrate remarkable teamwork, quick thinking and smarts to beat the clock and buzz in first on this iconic New Hampshire game show. The game emphasizes quick recall of math, science, social studies, language arts, and fine arts facts—along with questions about current events, entertainment, sports and New Hampshire.
