(DURHAM, June 6, 2016) — Documentaries about the history of the first mountain-climbing cog railway in the world and efforts to protect grassland birds recently won two Boston/New England Emmy® Awards for New Hampshire Public Television. CLIMBING TO THE CLOUDS: THE MOUNT WASHINGTON COG RAILWAY explores the history of New Hampshire’s iconic railway, from its founding visionary Sylvester Marsh to its current operations, to the dramatic times that have tested the engineering marvel that today still runs biodiesel and steam engines up the 6,288-foot mountain.
