(DURHAM, November 11, 2010) – Portsmouth Christian Academy has been a dominating team in past Granite State Challenge seasons, and last night's game was no exception. Portsmouth Christian defeated New Hampton School by a score of 330 to 150, advancing to round two. Catch Granite State Challenge Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and again Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. on New Hampshire Public Television, and always online.The prevailing Portsmouth Eagles included seniors Eric Baker, Nathan Hafner, Katii Capern, and juniors Benjamin Leavitt, Sam Haverly and Zachary Rubeor. They were coached by Donna Capern and Raymond Gamble. Their opponents, the New Hampton Huskies, included seniors Connor Slover, Daniel Gordin, Mack Willingham, junior Jonathan Katz, and sophomores Jason Alexander and Ryder Arsenault. They were coached by Justin Freeman.
