Jeffrey D. Gilbert and Dr. Sara Jayne Steen Named to NHPTV Board of Directors

(DURHAM, June 30, 2010) – Jeffrey D. Gilbert of Rye and Dr. Sara Jayne Steen have joined the New Hampshire Public Broadcasting (New Hampshire Public Television – NHPTV) Board of Directors. Gilbert is a principal of W.J.P. Development, LLC, which owns and manages community shopping centers in New Hampshire. Steen is the president of Plymouth State University and professor of English at the university. Mark Collin of N. Hampton remains chair of the board for 2010-11. Collin is senior vice president, CFO and treasurer of Unitil Corp. Steven Albrecht, CEO of Charter Trust Company, is the Board’s vice chair; Richard Maloney, president of Maloney & Kennedy, PLLC, is board treasurer; and Ronald Abramson, of Abramson Immigration Solutions, serves as secretary.
