Corporate Support Coordinator

New Hampshire PBS (NHPBS) is seeking a Corporate Support Coordinator to join our Development team. This role supports all corporate underwriting and sponsorship initiatives and ensures that agreements are fulfilled accurately and on time. The Coordinator works closely with colleagues across production, traffic, creative services, and development to keep sponsor campaigns on track and compliant with FCC and PBS guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fulfillment of corporate underwriting agreements across TV, digital, and print.
  • Review and monitor broadcast logs to ensure sponsor acknowledgments air as promised.
  • Provide proof-of-performance reports to sponsors.
  • Draft and edit copy for on-air spots, coordinate production, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track campaign execution and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with broadcast scheduling or CRM software a plus.
  • Prior experience in media, contract management, or sponsorship fulfillment desirable.
  • Passion for public media and the mission of PBS/NHPBS.
