Grab you pens, pencils, markers and crayons, and write a story for the 2017 NHPTV KIDS WRITERS CONTEST.
 ABOUT THE CONTEST
The NHPTV KIDS WRITERS CONTEST is open to kids in grades K-5. They are asked to write and illustrate an original story. The contest runs from January through March 31, 2017. Every child who enters the contest receives a certificate, a ribbon, a personal letter about what was great about their story and their story will be posted on the web.
THE CONTEST IN THE CLASSROOM
The NHPTV PBS KIDS WRITERS CONTEST is a great way to promote writing and integrate the arts. It is aligned to New Hampshire reading, writing, and art standards. Writing activity sheets and a contest guide are available in the resources section of the contest web site. More >>
