In one of the most revered wine growing regions of the world the big name, ultra luxe first growths may dominate the high end market, but we thought we'd visit the other 97% of Bordeaux, the small family farmer growers during the historic near perfect 2015 harvest in September of that year. Of course we'll hit a bunch of restaurants, a cooperage to see oak barrels assembled, a bakery and a few markets while we're there in both these episodes.
