Give a Gift with Impact with the NHPBS Online Holiday Auction

November 13th - December 5th

(Durham, November 6, 2019) – This holiday season, give a gift with impact and check out what’s up for bid at the New Hampshire PBS Online Holiday Auction. This is a fun, hassle-free way to find gifts for everyone on your holiday gift list. Proceeds support NHPBS and all bidding is done online, allowing you to browse, bid and buy from anywhere. Bidding on hundreds of items, donated by local businesses and NHPBS supporters, starts on November 13th and runs through December 5th.

“When you bid on an item through NHPBS Online Holiday Auction, it goes right back into the programs you love to watch on New Hampshire PBS,” says NHPBS Auction Manager Diane LaRochelle. “Local businesses have been very charitable and we cannot thank them enough for their support.”

Viewers come to NHPBS to watch programs on travel, adventure and culture and the Online Holiday Auction gives bidders a chance to experience those things first hand. Items up for bid include a three-night rest and recreation package at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, or a two-night stay at the Ampersand Bay Resort in Saranac Lake, NY, or be in the driver’s seat and become a member for a day at Club Motorsports in Tamworth, NH.

And that’s just the tip of the gift-giving iceberg! You can enhance your media room with custom built and installed FabriTrack acoustic sound panels from Gaspari’s Inc. in Lowell, Ma or bid on a platform swivel chair from Green Mountain Furniture in Ossipee, NH. Other items include certificates for fine dining at popular restaurants, spa treatments, theatre tickets and hand-crafted gifts from local artisans! For a full list of items visit nhpbs.org/auction.

The sell dates for bidding are staggered over the course of six days: 11/17, 11/19, 11/21, 12/1, 12/3 and 12/5. Selling starts at 8pm each of those nights.
