To All Spring Auction Volunteers

After much consideration for the safety of everyone, we have decided that we will be changing the Live televised Auction to an online only Auction. 

We hope that the following will help with any questions you may have:

  • Why?  

We are sure that it is no surprise, but with the growing concerns of COVID-19, we believe that it is our responsibility for the safety of everyone involved and without totally cancelling, that our only other option is to go with an “online only” Spring Auction.

  • Do we need help?

We know that our volunteers are willing to help and we THANK YOU.  We need to keep staff at a bare minimum due to the health risks involved so if we need your help we will contact you.

  • When will the bidding open?

Bidding will go “Live Online” on Wednesday, April 15th with sell nights beginning on Saturday, April 25th through Wednesday, May 6th. 

  • Pick-up and pay?

Everything will be paid for online at the time of purchase.  All certificates will be mailed and we hope to have pick-up open for items (that are not shipped) on Thursday, May 7th through Saturday, May 9th.  

  • Mini Auction?

We hope to hold the mini Auction, however, it's too early to make that decision, so stay tuned!

Because of the time and effort it will take to turn the Live auction into an online only auction, please do not call the Auction office with questions. We will need time to iron out all the details and prepare for the large task of going from a “Live’ format to an “Online only” format.
